Mark Anthony Hernandez Motaghy works between architecture, urbanism, art, and new media.

Under the ethos of "fake it ‘till we die,"  Mark runs a collaborative design practice If So Then. To strategically "fake it" as a model of practice has taken form through experiments in speculative urban interventions to fictional coworking companies.

They have recently co-launched the monthly event Labor Party, where they’re exploring alternative models of spatial production focused on ways of working and playing together. Through this, he hopes to learn together new ideas for collective authorship, forms of interrelated stewardship, and radical collective care.
